Gas Plant Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Gas Plant Manager

REQUIREMENTS

•  Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical engineering or a related field or

•  At least 5 years of experience in a gas plant management role

•  Strong technical knowledge of gas plant operations, including experience with different types of gases like LNG and LPG

•  Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Manage the daily operations of the gas plant, including overseeing production, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance

•  Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize production and efficiency

•  Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

•   Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed

•   Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure safety and quality standards are met
