AI Automation Specialist

Job Description

Our client is looking for AI Automation Specialist:

What You’ll Crush (Key Responsibilities):

• Automation Design & Implementation: Research, design, and implement end-to-end
  automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) and/or
  direct coding.
• AI Integration: Integrate existing AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, custom models) into
  business processes for tasks like content generation, data analysis, and predictive
  workflows.
• System Optimization: Identify existing manual, high-friction processes across operations,
  marketing, and sales, and propose/deliver automation solutions.
• Prototyping & Development: Rapidly build prototypes, MVPs, and proofs-of-concept using
  environments like Replit and other modern development tools.
• Interpersonal Problem-Solving: Engage directly with stakeholders (including the founder) to
  deeply understand their challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  

Who You Are:

• A Caribbean-based self-starter with a passion for building, coding, and AI/automation.
• Highly familiar with modern automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Pipedream) or
  platforms like Replit and Lovable, with examples to showcase.
• A true problem-solver who is equally comfortable working with high structure or functioning
  independently in a fluid environment.
• Someone who possesses a high “clock speed,” thrives on rapid experimentation, and values
  shipping solutions quickly.
• A strong communicator who can articulate technical concepts and solution strategies clearly
  to non-technical partners.
