Our client is looking for a Medical Recruiter:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on healthcare roles.

Proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to the healthcare industry.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring needs.

Leverage various sourcing techniques and platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay informed on trends and developments within healthcare recruitment.

Lead, mentor, and support junior recruitment team members.
