Job Description
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Associate:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
Previous experience working in Human Resources or Recruiting a plus
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Experience working with applicant tracking systems a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Senior Recruiter with recruitment and interview processes, including sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding process as needed
Assist with internal and external job posting process, including social media and job boards
Provide reporting support from Applicant Tracking System
Assist HR Generalist with planning and execution
