Requirements

– Minimum two (2) years’ experience in similar field
– TIN
– Food Handler Certificate
– NIS
– Proof of Address (Within 3 Months)
– Bank Account

Responsibilities

A Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance.

Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, handling customer complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and optimizing profitability. They also play a key role in training employees, maintaining a positive dining experience, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
