Requirements

Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.

Must have an active driver’s license.

Must be 18 years and older.

A keen eye for details.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work a shift system.

Must be knowledgeable and able to work in the Geographical areas of Guyana.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus active listening skills

Must have good problem-solving skills.

Must have good conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Remote support assistance.

Check with agents daily as in-route.

Ensure that all agents’ equipment is working and in fitting manner.

Ensure that agents have all necessary requirement for their daily functions.

Ensure that all agents and parties are properly trained on products and services.
