RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will be doing
- Answering inbound phone calls regarding a customer’s account
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customers when necessary
- Maintaining composure in escalated situations
- Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
- Operating accurately & efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Handling multiple responsibilities at one time
- Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
- They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS
What skills you will need:
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
- Computer proficiency with applications
- Confidence in your self -motivation techniques
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before hire date
- Minimum education of High School (CXC)
