Work & Experience
Interact in toolbox meetings everyday with team to share info and discuss tasks set out for the day. Testing the mass flow rates and temperatures of different fluids moving through pumps and metal pipes. Disassemble and reassemble pressure cylinders for mechanical arms. Operating the crane and safely attaching heavy machinery by the use of slings and/or chain. Dismantling heavy machinery such as Norwalk compressors, industrial motors and water pumps. Servicing turbos in oxygen plant, diesel generators, arms and conveyor belt on industrial gas carousel, automatic spray machine and sand blasting machine. Fill job hazard analysis sheets before undergoing a hazardous work orders Adapting and learning new tools and their usage to perform tasks skillfully and safely.
Travel nationally to maintain repair, replace and attach fiber cables on telephone poles in various regions in Guyana. Work on heights 30ft-40ft up, with use of ladder, bucket truck and/or spurs. Assemble with my team members and scheme together ideas so ask to work smarter and not harder to complete projects in the field everyday in a safe manner. Assemble metal framings (including bolts and nuts), boring and installing them onto telephone poles. Be responsible for my company's vehicle and it's checklist. Pack and organize our tools and materials in our workshop.
