Worked for Kirkendall Dwyer Law Firm in the USA under the Social Security Disability Division for clients who filed for a Social Security Disability Benefit from Social Security since they are unable to work due to an injury or illness/disability. These clients filed for both Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance Benefit (SSDIB). I handled all of my client’s cases at the Initial Application and Reconsideration Level and updated them on the status of their case monthly. Corresponded with clients via voice calls and if I failed to reach the client I left a voicemail, Email and SMS, tried making contact with the client’s witness and if I failed to get them left a voicemail for them and then sent out no contact letters via mail if I was unable to make contact with the client over two months and communicated with clients via Email, Mail and fax if there was any information needed to be sent to them. Assisted with guiding the cases from the Local Field Office to the Disability Determination Services (DDS) Office. Corresponded with the Social Security representatives at the Local Field Office and Disability Determination Services Office via voice calls, fax and mail to ensure that any forms and information that they required from the client is mailed or given to them either by myself or them making contact with the client via a call. Updated work portal with client’s medical records and logged everything discussed on calls and every activity which was done with regards to every client’s case.

This is a part time job where I have to do swimming training to represent the Guyana Police Force at local swimming competitions, regional swimming competitions and international swimming competitions.

This job required me to promote and market the company’s online social media management packages and services on social media. I also had to contact local businesses to pitch services offered, schedule interviews and conduct interviews with potential clients to see if they are interested in services and sign up clients interested in the services. It was also required of me to meet and try to exceed monthly sales targets and liason with graphics department to create content for clients.

This was a remote job where I was trained and had to source and research potential clients, emailing these clients via their contact email or contact form to see if they would be interested in a Zoom meeting. Scheduling the zoom meetings with them, presenting the service the company had to offer to them and closing deals. Additionally, I had to fill the payment form in the zoom meeting with the client and had them sign electronically and answer certain questions via email when the potential clients wanted a bit more information.

This was a remote job, where I had to create listing on my local Facebook marketplace and advertise the products being sold on the company’s website. I was also tasked with creating posters to advertise and advertising on various social media platforms . Additionally, I interacted with various interested clients and informed them about the product and the way of purchasing.

This was a remote job position whereby I had to create a logo, banner and other related content to establish my small business as an affiliate with SHEIN selling their products on my online store. I was also tasked with placing the various SHEIN products in their different categories, taking photos of the products and enlisting them in my store along with adding a description of them and advertising these products across the various means of social media to promote them and allow interested clients to contact me and indicate their interest to purchase.

I had to post listing on Facebook Marketplace and advertise them on various other social media platforms. Handled highly sensitive information, provided support for data entry and additional administrative tasks, interacted with customers and forward interested clients to my manager, reviewed data and detect deficiencies, ensured the data entered met the requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures and compiled and sorted data for computer entry, establishing entry priorities.

Taught a few 3rd to 6th Graders different songs to sing and perform at special assemblies. The songs and dances were very interactive and had unique skits and actions which I worked along with the children towards achieving. Getting them to become focused was initially challenging, but once they got accustomed, they helped themselves and each other during and after sessions.

I used to assist the class teacher of Grade 3 and then Grade 4 to mark the daily register in the computer, input the children's course work and examination grades into the online portal, assist with marking their coursework and examinations, help to plan fun and interactive class activities, assist with lesson planning, maintain the discipline level of the children, supervise and manage the class activities and the children, in the absence of the class teacher. I also taught the class occasionally.

As a part time job, I was a swim instructor for the learn to swim level with this swim club, instructing, teaching skills and supervising both children and adults. I have also been a recruiter and recruited new club members, both adults and children. I also instructed for the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports' Summer and Easter Swim Programs to teach children how to swim.
