Civil Engineer

Job Description

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant programs.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data and assess project feasibility.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses to support project design and decision-making.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve engineering processes.
