Our client is looking for Country General Manager

Qualifications / Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Administration/Marketing or a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a business leadership role, preferably within the retail or manufacturing industry.

Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the departmental heads to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.

Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
