Our client is looking for Information Technology Support Technician

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

Desktop Computers and Printer Support skills

Computer Repair knowledge and experience

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team

Experience with network troubleshooting is a plus

Relevant certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are beneficial

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the IT Support Technician – position are outlined as follows:

Responsible for the maintenance and support of all in-house related information systems.

Responsible for designing, installing and support wired, wireless and satellite VSAT networks.

Responsible for providing technical support for both in-house and the company’s clients

Install conduits/ trunking and cables for IT data networks

Responsible for liaising with the customer service representative and other functional managers in order to identify end-user requirements,
