Our client is looking for Office Administrator:
Requirements
Three to five subjects CXC/GCE including English Language or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
Three (3) years’ experience in a secretarial capacity.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office Management Software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Maintaining proper filing/Report Writing/ Scheduling of Meetings.
Deal with external service provider.
Perform senior level administrative support including preparation of Minutes
Must be self-directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision.
