• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service station.

• Dispense fuel accurately and efficiently according to customer requests.

• Provide additional services such as cleaning windshields, checking tire pressure, or topping off vehicle fluids when requested.

• Address customer inquiries about products, services, or promotions and provide directions when necessary.

• Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience by being attentive and courteous at all times.

• Handle cash, credit, debit card and MMG transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Issue cash & credit receipts for fuel and other purchases.

• Balance cash and receipts at the end of the shift, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.

• Report any transaction discrepancies to the Station Supervisor and Branch Manager promptly.

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols for handling fuel and operating equipment.

• Respond promptly to any spills, leaks, or hazards, and report them to the Supervisor & Branch Manager immediately.

• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including keeping all no-smoking zones enforced around the pumps.

• Use protective equipment and adhere to company standards to minimize risks and ensure safety for staff and customers.

• Keep the fuel pumps, station, and surrounding areas clean and organized.

• Regularly inspect fuel dispensers and report any malfunctions or damages to the Supervisor & Branch Manager.

• Upsell or promote additional products and services offered at the station, such as lubricants, windshield washer fluid, or car accessories.

• Keep updated on current promotions and communicate them to customers.

• Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries as required.

• Provide support to the station team during peak hours or emergencies.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Gas Station Supervisor, Branch Manager or management team.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.

• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Awareness of health and safety protocols, especially in handling fuel and hazardous materials.

• Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.

• Reliable, honest, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions and fuel dispensing.
