Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for expatriates and local hires.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable housing and relocation solutions.
- Research local neighborhoods, housing options, and property market conditions.
- Coordinate property viewings, transportation, school searches, community orientation, and essential services.
- Provide settling-in assistance and ongoing support to ensure a smooth relocation experience.
- Liaise with internal teams, property owners, vendors, and external service providers.
- Monitor relocation timelines, coordinate multiple assignments, and prepare status reports.
- Address client concerns and resolve relocation-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure relocation activities comply with relevant local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, lease arrangements, and relocation requirements.
Key Qualifications
- Secondary education completed; a post-secondary qualification or degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong consulting and property consulting skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Knowledge of real estate practices, local property markets, and lease negotiations in Guyana.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including email, spreadsheets, and document preparation tools.
- Ability to prepare reports, track timelines, and maintain accurate relocation records.
- Willingness to work on-site in Georgetown, Guyana, and travel locally for property visits and client appointments.
- Experience in relocation services, real estate, or corporate support is an asset.
- Experience in logistics or immigration support is an advantage.
