Responsibilities

  • Manage order inquiries, tracking updates, and customer complaints
  • Support online promotions, product listings, and updates
  • Ensure timely responses to customer messages and maintain service standards
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor stock availability and report low inventory items
