REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Good communication skills and ability to explain things clearly.
Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Listen to customers’ vehicle concerns and ask relevant questions.
Explain service options and provide cost estimates.
Schedule service appointments based on customer preferences.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
