Job Description

Our client is looking for Customer Service Associates:

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with all internal/external stakeholders

Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-level customer service via our ticketing system or phone to our clients, addressing inquiries and issues related to our services.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Properly document all internal and external systems and maintain a record of all events pertaining to each request.
