Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English Language (Grades 1-3).
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position, of which two (2) must be in a supervisory capacity.

Core Competencies:

• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy will be an asset.
• Knowledge of Terminal Operations would be an asset.
• Mechanical Equipment Operation would be an asset.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring safety, managing resources, and coordinating tasks to ensure the successful completion of work.
