Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of solid SALES experience in a call center setting (Non-negotiable requirement).

• We are seeking candidates with highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. Fluency close to native-level proficiency is preferred.

• Must have your own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection

• Must be amenable to working night shifts and overtime

Responsibilities Overview:

As a Consumer Sales Representative, your mission is to drive revenue for the company. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers actively seeking loan relief. We utilize three modes of communication to reach our customers: phone, text, and email. Once engaged, representatives use open-ended questions and active listening to understand the needs of the customer and position our company as the best solution. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our customers have an amazing experience with us and perceive us as the go-to solution for this industry.
