Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Lead

Requirements:

At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong customer service skills with keen attention to detail.

Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Have good presentation skills.

Be able to translate technical jargon so that laypeople can understand.

Be friendly, respectable, and approachable.

Responsibilities:

Conducting customer need analysis and presenting the customer with possible solutions.

Understanding a product’s functionality and possible problems and develop methods to handle them.

Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer.

Providing technical expertise on products and/or service.
